Fragrance Launch. Diesel: Only The Brave High

If you’re a fragrance fanatic like me, you’ll be well aware of the brand new fragrance launch for Diesel: Only The Brave High. A new arrival to the Brave family and it’s just in time for the warmer weather.

The Only The Brave collection symbolises masculinity, strength and power – a scent that gives you that feeling of accomplishment and pride. Well their new addition captures all of the above, with a hint of Summer added to it. High is all about reaching to the top of the world, a sensational fragrance that is perfect for Summer outdoor parties, trips to the beach and socialising with friends.

The idea for this launch is consistent from the packaging, all the way through to the formula of the scent.

Conquer the world, elevate yourself. Go higher and higher. Rise above the skyline. Breathe in the smell of success.

On first impressions, you get the traditional fist shaped, transparent glass bottle with this bold, blue liquid inside – something unlike the rest of the collection. This is to express the idea of freshness and purity. The formula gives off an extremely addictive scent, with hints of Peppermint, Grapefruit and Ginger. Three very strange ingredients that work so well together, complementing and amplifying the original Only The Brave scent. Once the fragrance has settled, you start to smell those base notes with hints of Amber, Geranium and Woody Notes. Amber is one of my favourite fragrance ingredients and totally gives it that seductive, mysteriousness to the scent.

Sounds good right? Well Only The Brave High is definitely my Spring/Summer fragrance and you’ll be seeing plenty of this over the next few months on The G Edit.
