Bath time is when I can shut down for a second, relax and reflect on the day. Once upon a time I was a complete shower person. It would be so rare that I’d jump in the bath, I just got bored and wanted to get out. However lately, all has changed.

Yes, I am a total bath person now. I have a structured routine of lighting a candle on the window sill, turning the main lights off and adding a touch of oil to my bath. This is where my main point comes in, bath oils! Have you tried them? Goodbye bubble bath, I’m now all about the silky softness of a bath oil in the water, intently moisturising my skin leaving it super soft and smelling incredible.

My latest favourite is the Jo Malone London Nectarine Blossom & Honey. This has a really subtle scent, nothing too strong and just a touch leaves your body feeling super soft. It leaves the water slightly milky looking and doesn’t leave the bath floor slippy once you’ve drained the water.

The oil is enriched with sweet almond, jojoba seed and avocado oil to moisturise the skin. Inspired by London’s Covent Garden market, succulent nectarine, peach and cassis brings this silky formula to life, finished off by a touch of acacia honey.

How dreamy.
