I’ve had such a busy month and right now it’s finally time to wind down and take a short break. It’s consolidation week at university starting from today, and I’ve also taken a week off at work so I can literally spend 7 days getting my life back on track, doing things at my own pace without deadlines or stress.
I say without deadlines, but I will probably be spending a lot of the week with my head deep into assignments and my dreaded dissertation. If anyone has any tips with how to keep your shit together during third year uni, pls share.
I’m also getting really super duper excited for New York. I’m heading to the big apple in June this year and I’m already prepping and planning what I’m going to be wearing and doing and seeing and … eating. I’ve recently placed a huge ASOS order and it’s making me get butterflies from excitement. However I’m having a bit of struggle thinking what to wear, I mean it should be warm, but what do people in NY wear around June? Too hot for jeans? I don’t know. Pass your tips this way!
Vegetarian update #3. Still going strong and I’ve decided to carry it on. Originally it was just a January thing, but surprisingly I found it super easy. This made me think why not carry it on until I give in, if I do give in that is! #veggieforlife
In terms of my blog, I do apologise for the slacked content I’ve been writing, my degree is literally taking over my life and naturally my blog has taken a slight back seat. I’m still posting as frequently as possible and I have some cool collaborations coming in the next month or two so keep your eyes pealed. In the meantime, make sure you check out my daily antics over on Snapchat ‘thisisgiannic’. and also my rants and updates via Twitter ‘@thisisgiannic’. Come say Hi!
What are your plans for February?
