It’s October, the weather is getting colder and it’s time for the pamper evening season… yes you know what I mean, long baths, candles and time to dig out those essential relaxation products. Here are a few of my pamper evening staples for your Autumn evenings…

As many of you have now gone back to college and university *insert crying hysterically emoji here*, and with part time jobs in full swing for the upcoming season, there is hardly any time free for a little TLC. So I thought why not show you all some of my all time favourite products for your me time, giving yourself that well deserved pamper evening.

First of all with any pamper evening, I grab myself a cheeky glass of chilled white wine and turn the bath on. I try to make these evenings as fuss free as possible, no complicated, long winded routine, just simple effective products so you wake up looking b-e-a-utiful. So you now have your vino at hand, the bath is almost full with your favourite bubble bath in and you’re ready to go. Just to point out, if you have never tried bath salts before, these are the perfect evenings for these. Baths salts are literally scented salts that help relax your body while your bathing in the tub. I totally recommend trying them.

Candles. Make sure you get yourself in the mood by lighting your favourite candle. Recently I’ve being loving the Noble Isle Lightning Oak Candle. It has such a natural and neutral scent containing bergamot (one of my allllllll time favourites), grapefruit and sandalwood. It also comes with a gorgeous matt black candle lid to protect the wax and looks so friggin cool. So much love for the candle I highly recommend buying into this amazing brand.

Before I jump in the bath, I like to go in with a cleanse to wash off all the dirt and oil collected throughout the day. The Clinique Take The Day Off Balm Cleanser is my go to product. Although this is originally designed to take makeup off (ps. I don’t wear makeup), this is great for removing dirt too. Simply take a bit of the product, massage into the face and remove with a warm flannel or muslin cloth.

Next, I go in with the REN Flash Rinse 1 Minute Facial. I tend to use this instead of a face mask because its a treatment and mask in one. Containing water activated vitamin C and gentle exfoliant beads, this helps soften the face and remove blemishes simultaneously. I love love love this product and I’ve being using it for quite a few years now so I’d like to think this has being thoroughly tested. It does cause a minor tingle when applied but that’s just the vitamin C getting to work.

So now when I’ve jumped into the bath, I tend to use a shower gel that has a delicious scent, something I wouldn’t use everyday. The LUSH Yuzu & Cocoa shower gel is something I love to save for special evenings. Smelling of grapefruit, coco butter and bergamot, this leaves your skin smelling fresh all day long. It’s super yellow so make sure you wash the splashes off your bath!

Finally to finish your pamper evening off, I love to use the REN Moroccan Rose Body Lotion. This deeply hydrates your skin leaving it fresh without the greasy feel some lotions leave behind. It also helps replenish the skins moisture barrier so if you’re suffering from a little dry skin anywhere (except the face and sensitive areas) around the body, this is the perfect product for you.

So here are a few of my pamper evening staples, I highly recommend all of these so I suggest you go treat yourself *wink*.
