One thing I cannot resist is a good old brownie. I’m not really a fan of cake but theres something different about a brownie (yum yum yum)! So today I thought I’d share with you all my all time favourite brownie recipe. 

To start off you need to get yourself the following ingredients all measured out.

175g Unsalted Butter (chopped) extra to grease
150g Milk Chocolate (chopped)
3 Medium Eggs
300g Caster Sugar
75g Plain Flour
40g Coco Powder
A hand full of Marshmallows
3 tbsp of Honey
Pinch of Salt
Icing Sugar to Dust


First of all, I melted the butter and chocolate together in a large heat proof bowl, set over a pan of simmering water. Make sure the water doesn’t touch the bottom of the bowl otherwise it may burn!

Next, preheat the over to 180*C/Gas Mark 4 and line a square baking tin with grease proof paper. Meanwhile, use an electric whisk to beat the eggs and sugar together until thick and creamy. This should take about 5 minutes. 

Add the melted chocolate and butter to the sugar and butter, then sift the flower and coco and mix. Add a pinch of salt, honey, and marshmallows then fold together until evenly mixed.

Scrape the mixture into the baking tin and use a pallet knife to smooth it level. Place in the oven for 30-40 minutes then leave to cool before dusting with the icing sugar.

All thats left to do is ENJOY! These are extremly delicious and if you are a brownie lover like myself I know you will enjoy these.
